I’m starting to get serious about fixin’ up our house and making it our own so I’ve started with our entryway. I spotted this adorable table and knew it’d be perfect for our narrow little space. Jessica Hische had a sale on her adorable letterpressed prints so I snatched me up this awesome one and think I’ve finally found the perfect place for it.
On a totally different note, I’ve been thinking about this blog and where I wanna go with it. I started really questioning what it’s all about after reading this incredibly insightful tweet by Kate, I want my blog to be as original and inspiring as possible but in order to bring more original content, I need more time and more money and that isn’t possible unless I work my two jobs and freelance gigs, so as you can see, it’s an endless cycle. Trust me, if it were up to me, I’d get together with Anni every chance I got and to bring you as many personal series posts as I could but seeing as we both have to make a living, we can only get together once a month at best.
In order to spend more time working on content that I’m proud of and that my readers enjoy, I’m wondering, what do you guys wanna see more on here? What makes you wanna read and follow a blog? I’d love to hear what you guys have to say, especially after all the wonderful feedback you all gave me on my business card draft! xo
Definitely those photoshoots help, but your home for certain! I am always intrigued by the environments people create for themselves and this post is a great start! =)
@danamcdowell, I have been considering doing some home tour posts but I’m such a perfectionist, I feel like my house doesn’t yet look like what I picture in my head, it’s really silly because I love my house. :) thanks for the feedback lovely lady. xo
Haha, I know what you mean, but that hasn’t kept me from plastering our place all over my blog =)
Hi Dennise, I like what you’ve been doing. All of it. You live in a different country, different time zone; big city as opposed to my rural village, and I like that you document a wide variety of things. So… that’s my feedback; I don’t need you to change- you are great the way you are! xo
